Our 2021 Midnight Gold is both smooth and easy drinking, yet very different from a typical Traminette.  This "orange style" wine brings out citrus flavors of meyer lemon layered with medium oak mid-palate.  With soft tannins up front and medium oak mid-palate, it finishes smooth and creamy.  We enjoy this wine with all kinds of seafood (especially shellfish like a shirmp scampi), pumpkin ravioli, and Asian stir fry.

100% Traminette

Our 2022 Tapestry No. 1029 is another outstanding vintage of our signature red blend!  This vintage is an "Old World" style red wine with a medium body, medium tannins throughout the palate and a velvety finish.  With flavors and aromas of red fruits and cherries at the front, and finishing with earthy characteristics of leather and espresso on the finish, this complex red wine is great for sipping on at the end of the day.  We like pairing this wine with a wide range of foods, including soy/ginger marinated grilled fish, coq au vin, grilled lamb, and roasted meats.

BLEND:  50% Corot Noir / 50% Montepulciano

A Provence-style rosè made from our Merlot grapes to create a light bodied wine with subtle fruit flavors on the finish and a smooth acidity.  A great summer porch wine that pairs well with great friends and conversation, with appetizers, or with a Thanksgiving turkey dinner.

Our 2022 Stella Serenade is a white wine blend made from our estate grown Traminette grapes and Petit Manseng.  Starting with Traminette's natural floral aromas, this medium bodied wine has a smooth acidity and just a hint of oak on the finish.  A refreshing wine for sitting on the porch that pairs well with a variety of foods.  Some of our favorites have been seafood pasta with garlic/olive oil, cajun shrimp and grits, and my favorite dry-rub ribs in the summertime!

BLEND: 50% Traminette / 50% Petit Manseng

Our 2022 Midnight Moon Dance is a sparkling white wine made from our estate grown Traminette grapes.  At about 32 psi in the bottle this delightfully affervescent wine is not quite as bubbly as a Prosecco, and starts our with a slightly floral aroma but stays dry on the palate.  We've always considered this to be festive wine that we pull out for celebrations (like New Year's Eve), and yet it is also a great every day wine.  We enjoy pairing this wine with lighter meals and appetizers.  And it makes a great mimosa!

One of our best vintages, this 2019 Merlot has aged nicely in the bottle.  Well balanced but complex on the palate, this wine brings rounded tannins at the front and remains smooth on the finish.  You’ll pick up the characteristic dark cherry mid-palate finishing with just a hint of oak.  This "Old World" style red wine is not as heavy and dark as it's bolder California cousin, but truly showcases Merlot's best characteristics of being able to be paired with a juicy ribeye steak and sautee'd mushrooms, to a grilled cedar plank salmon.

Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon starts our with jammy fruit flavors at the front, balanced with rounded/medium tannins throughout the palate for a nice dry finish that won't overwhelm you.  This vintage was produced to bring out "Old World" characteristics of the world's most popular red wine grape, which makes this Cab more "approachable" than it's heavier/bolder California cousin.  The full body of this red wine makes it a perfect companion to heavier meals of roasted/grilled meats, but it also balances nicely with a mushroom pizza, or a piece of blackberry cheesecake!
